Descending Burpees:
Choose a number and perform that many reps. Perform another set with one rep less. Continue this until you get to one rep.

A mathematically elegant scaling of the Crossfit-HQ WODs. The hope is that the combination of crossfit with mathematically interesting values (abundant numbers, perfect numbers, perfect squares) will inspire the sort of ecstasy that Pythagoras experienced when he was thinking about triangles.
